Everett-native and Northwest-vet Ripynt is releasing the lead single, "Looky Looky", off his forthcoming EP, On Second Thought...Vol. J.The new EP will be available for free down-load on March 28th. 2011.
Fresh off the buzz of his first music video, Ripynt is now set to flood the market with material. With 3 EP'sand full-length album slated for release by year's end, Ripynt looks to soon be a household name, despite his disregard for household spelling.
"Looky Looky" is a perfect segue into Ripynt's new material, and finds him playing to his strengths: At once both playful and threatening, his ear for the comic moment relieves the eminent tension built by Shast's dark piano and aggressive drums.
